By signing a working agreement with The 95 Agency, you agree to the following:
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
CURRENCY
All prices listed on our website and presented are in US dollars.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work can commence. The balance of the 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once project is approved and before the final package is delivered. A deposit invoice is emailed to you at the start of the project. We have the right to request full payment up front, if we feel the need to alter payment schedule.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

All payments are made through Honeybook CRM portal. We accept all major credit cards.
CANCELLATIONS
You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.
COMMUNICATION
All communication is to be done through Honeybook CRM portal. This platform is used to keep everything streamlined and in order for both us and our clients. Our platform is monitored by The 95 Agency staff daily. Follow up calls can be scheduled by the client or The 95 Agency via Honeybook CRM portal. During any phone consultations or follow up’s, phone conversations are recorded for record keeping and quality assurance.
REVISIONS
Each project will specify the number of revisions included. Additional revisions can be made for an hourly rate and will be quoted based on the project.
ABANDONED PROJECTS
Each project has a timeline and an estimated start and completion date. Please respect our timeline and respond in a timely fashion with any revision requests once project has commenced. A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 30 days. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you, unless the project has been paid in full. If we have not heard from you and you contact us after the 30 day abandonment, a start up fee may apply.
Any project development project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 90 days. Because product development is a timely process, it is important that each client responds in a timely manner.
PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.
COPYRIGHT FOR ARTWORK
Graphic designs are custom-created and exclusive to each business. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of our graphic design rights if they are used elsewhere.
