Why should I hire a design agency?

What do I need to know before hiring a design agency?

Design is a collaborative process – we try our best to understand what you are looking for, but we can’t read your mind! The more specific feedback you can give us, the more we can refine our designs to your requirements. If you “can’t put a finger” why something isn’t working for you, talk to us! Communication is key, and the more we understand you, the better the product we can create for you.

Instead of buying lists, placing ads, cold calling, and generally selling to anyone and everyone you talk to, the Inbound methodology focuses more on attracting ideal customers to you. By providing valuable and relevant information, you attract potential customers to your brand.

Why should I hire a marketing agency?

A successful marketing strategy has a lot of moving parts and we manage them all for you! You need to be creating high quality content regularly, posting to social media weekly, and analyzing your performance so you can adjust your strategy. Most business are too busy running their business and can’t keep up with all that needs to be done. We can help you find your target audience, develop a message that appeals to them, and create the content that attract new customers to your business. Furthermore, we have experience in the field, and can advise you on what would be the best approach.

How much do you charge?

We have flat rates for our most commonly requested projects and custom quotes for jobs with unique requirements. We like to discuss each new project with you to determine the scope of each project, how much work will be involved, the timeline, etc. Once we have a thorough understanding of your needs, we can suggest a quote that will encompass all of your needs. We usually quote on set project fee, based on the initial scope, so that you know the costs up front.

Are your fees negotiable?

No, our fees are based on how much work will be involved in creating a great product for you. Since we are not willing to compromise on the quality of our work, we also cannot negotiate on our rates. However, if your budget is constrained, we can reduce the scope of the project, or break it down into phases.

What does our initial consultation include?

The purpose of our first meeting is to get to know you, your business and your goals. We want to know everything about your business, from why you got started in the first place, to what your current pain points are. From there, we get a better understanding of where you are coming from and what you hope to accomplish with the current project. If we are both interested in continuing the project, we will send you a proposal for the work to be completed, and a questionnaire about your business. We believe mutual communication and understanding are essential to not only a successful project, but a great ongoing relationship.

What are our hours?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Phone calls are reserved for Tuesday through Thursday. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please contact us via email, and we will respond as soon as possible

How long does it take for a completed project?

It varies greatly depending on the project! A complex project might span several months, whereas a straightforward one could be completed within days. Our efficiency also depends significantly on your prompt feedback. Your input is crucial for us to deliver excellent results promptly. We can discuss a more precise timeframe during your consultation

How frequently do we need to be in contact? Do we need to meet in person?

The frequency of check-ins depends on the nature of the project. Larger or retainer projects require more frequent check-ins, while smaller projects won’t need them as often. We use our CRM for regular communication, approvals, and other interactions, reserving phone calls for more serious matters. While we’d love to meet you in person at least once, it’s not required; we can complete projects entirely via email (CRM) and needed phone calls.

Can we use our own printer / web master / copywriter?

Of course! We are happy to coordinate with your chosen parters to complete a project. However, please keep in mind that you will be responsible for handling print issues, billing and delivery schedules once we have completed our portion of the project.
